Song Dao is the last official Cuong Nhu form created by O’Sensei in 1986-1987 during the time of the Soft Style curriculum. Song Dao was created to further the development of Wing Chun principles in the style through a weapon form. His instruction was to work particularly hard on deflection and interception, and always to extend our ki into the weapon.
