Experienced students can challenge themselves with more difficult breaks. Instructors can learn ways to coach their students through breaking. I guarantee you will successfully break boards before the class is completed!
Employing irrimi and tenkan, Z letter and U letter, and other footwork to improve and enhance your techniques including self-defense, judo, weapons and more. Bringing a tambo and knife would be useful but not absolutely required.

In 1974 in the UF gym basement, O’Sensei Ngo Dong taught Sensei’s Tak Fung and John Kay Hou Quyen (monkey form). It is or was a Vovinam form; O'Sensei spoke of it originating with Vovinam founder Nguyen Loc.
